Founded the firm in 1990; graduated University of Wisconsin – Green Bay with a B.A. in Finance; M.B.A. in Finance from University of Wisconsin -Oshkosh. Member of the Appraisal Institute, Licensed Real Estate Broker, Licensed General Appraisal Licenses Minnesota and Wisconsin.
I personally have over twenty five years of valuation experience including working in senior positions with an international valuation/consulting firm and within the tax practice of a big six accounting firm. I have qualified as an expert witness in many states and legal venues around the country.
