If your property is a good candidate for lower property taxes, we will promptly file a detailed tax appeal with your approval.

Step 3: Negotiation with Local Tax Officials

We will begin an open dialogue with local tax authorities. Once our case is reviewed, we will begin a negotiation process to reach an agreed-upon assessed value. We will act on your behalf with professionalism and confidentiality. We stand behind our commitment to operate with complete integrity and honesty, keeping you fully informed on our progress to reach a successful outcome.

Step 4: Completion of Settlement

Once a settlement is reached, we will continue to work with the assessing/taxing authority to insure agreed upon refunds and tax savings are achieved, consistent with the agreement and settlement.

Our fees are only a percentage of the savings included in the agreement and our settlement.
